• Preface - MOST of the times we have a common complaint " I dont get recognition in my work " " PEOPLE just dont lsiten to me " " why is it that I am always sidelined " " BOSS does not notice me At ALL " " ALL people around me are evry KHADUS , they dont like me " " No amter what I say right or otherwise , My manager just doesnt give a damn about my suggestion " " It seems I am no more significant in thsis et up " ," yehaan meri jaroorat hi nahi " " WHAT shud I do to get that PROMOTION "
• WHEN you analyse our conduct against NEETISHASTRA backdrop , we shall understand that WE might be crossing the red LINE somewhere so that such results as mentioned above OCCURS
• YOU might be geeting harrased at work place ! you might be getting exploited at work PLACE . YOu might be overburdened . you might be psychologically forced to leave ! BUT whose fault is it ?
• ON the other hand there may be a BLUE EYED BABY in t roganisation who would eb ahving his/her way out and out even thugh they amy ahveumteen defecs .. WHAT could be the cause of such SUCCESS ?
• NOW the THEORY - what shastra says shud be the cnd [ if conducted this way more than success , FAILURE will be MINIMAL .. ]

ALWAYS SPEAK good of your superiors or manager or BOSS .. and SPEAK what is agreeable to THEM [ oragaistion ] and not reverse ... IF you have anything APRIYA [negative to tell about ] SAY it in ONE on OE meeting when the other person s ALONE ...that too ONLY if it is for his BETTERMENT or the talk is HITAKARI
• WHEN a superior or [ BOSS ] is in good frame of MIND [ swastha chitta ] only at that time ONE must speak about GOOD of OTHERS [ hita of others , doosron ki bhalayi ki baatein ] .... NEVER talk about YOUR own INETRESTS before the SUPERIOR all by yourself [ swaarth kathan shud not be done ] MAKE your friedns TALK about it to him

• ONE must never dress BETTER than superiors , IF one is wise one will NEVER do such MISTAKES
• EVEN in games and GAmbling one must not over STRES ones ABILITIES . WITHOUT the eprmission of BOSS one must never meet another organisatiosn [ rival ] , one must not meet INNER members of COMMITTEE or BOARD or dismissed employees . DO not eveen go near these people ..
• If BOSS is not happy with you OR has insulted you in anyway , MAKE sure this is not known to others and DO not disclose this to others ... AT the same time , never disclose some secrets issues which you might ahve knwown about Superiors during good times , [ NOW ] under any circumstances , dont make it OPEN
• TALKING ill about the policy of the organisation and discussing things only known to you would make you an ANTAGONIST of the setup
• WHEN a SUPERIOR is instructing someone about a work , if you happen to be in the vicinity , immediately get up and ask " IS there anything that I can do " one must act according to the situation always acting in SAME monotonous manner makes one averse .. but acti9ng in one kind or other MAKES one dear
• DO not raise the topic , that is very much interesting to MASTER , again and again , DO not mention about his likes repetitively and NEVER LAUGH Loudly or RAISE your eyebrows bfore ELDERS ..
• DO not be TALKATIVE and NEVER be RESERVED also
• NEITHER be CARELESS ,[ absent midned ] be ALERT in presence of MASTER NOR exhibit toomuch SELF respect , master shud not get the feeling that you pose too much ATMASAMMAN
• DO not discuss about BAD sinful ACTS of the MASTER
• WHATEVER clothes , gifts or tools GIVEN by MASTER one must wear it and USE it before him [ it shud be visible usage ]
• THOSE who desir wealth and PROSPERITY they must not DONATE the gifts and clothes recived from teh ORGANISATIONS
• If there arises a chance of DINING in presence of MASTER , one must not eat MUCH and NEVER sleep owing to it in DAYTIME
• DO not eneter the PROHIBITED DOORS and DOORWAYS .. AND DO not LOOK at the MASTER standing far off or VIEW from an awckward angle ..
• ALWAYS sit or stand side ways to tehSUPERIORS DO no9t stand AHEAD infront or BACKWARDS ..
• THE following is prohibited when in presence of MASTER , YAWNING Sneezing , spitting , grgling , clearing throat , coughing , GETTING angry on others , vomiting , adjusting a pillow while sitting , belching ...
• NEVER BOAST about your quality in the presence of MASTER , always EMPLOY someone else to highlight your WORK or qualities
• or use some other tact
• ALWAYS keep MIND CLEAN and with devotion approach superiors with utmost CARE and attention
• ALWAYS try to keep away from , wickedness , greed , conciet , deciet , ATHIESTIC attitude , lowliness waywardness .. and also keep away from such colleagues
• KEEP personal touch with WISE and SCHOLARLY people in teh organisation [ especially those who are engaged in gaining skills ] and serve them well and try to know about the swervices whcih would increase personal wealth and Power
• EVERYDAY one must personally WISH [ goodmorning etc ] to MASTER his son , his relatives [ if one encounetrs ] his ministers advisorss .. BUT ONE MUST NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE at all ... especially one must never TRUST MINISTERS
• LOYALTY should be only towards the BOSS
• DO not advise withoout being asked ... EVEN if an advise has to be given ,, IT shud be CLEALY depicting the HITA [ well being ] if taht is ensurd speak else NO
• ONE must always keep TAB on the mind set and Physcology and state of mind EVERY moment about the SUPERIORS ,, and ACt accordingly , ONE who does that SERVES BEST and GAINS most
• one must always go near to HEAD only when he is in ANURAAGA state , when in VIRAAGA state one must keep away .. BECAUSE virakta HEAD will bring disaster to yoru PROSPECTS
• VIRAKTA state makes your ENEMIES rivals competitors GAIN over you if you falter
• VIRAKTA head can also give you FALSE hopes and raising your expectations it may KILL it suddenly
• A virakta HEAD , does not reward even if he is happy with you , and for no reason EXPRESSES angr at you ..
• VIRAKTA head speaks HAPPILY in good mood but amy suddenly CUT short your employment too
• EVEN if YOU ahve behaved well done well , executed accomplished well , he DOESnt appreciate you .. or honour you , and SHOWS unhappiness at all the work .. HE will cut our words while spaking and show defects in your argument , and LOOKS away or diverts teh topic when you praise him
• A anurakta HEAD , will express happiness at you , he will listen to you acrefully with respect and apprecaite your view , and WIL ENQUIRE about your well being
• HE will not suspect you siting idle or alone or at a PLACE prohibited and will be happy with his explanations
• even if ill words were used he makes SENSE out of it and congratulates him , and accepts even small gift or sincere attempt or honour accorded he will show RECOGNITION
• He will remember him in other avocations too .. ONE must always SERVE such a HEAD who is always happy .. SUCH a HEAD when he becomes VIRAKTA and if he is in TROUBLE even then ONE must not LEAVE him ...
• THE good people , who never LEAVE ones NIRGUN [ unable to get their work done ] DEAR friend , servants or A MASTER in TROUBLE , they wll REACH the ABODE of INDRA and will be SERVED by DEVATAS

IS IT SO ? if it were why DHARMA ARTHA KAAMA MOKSHA , in that arth shastra its knwoledge has been SPECIFICALLY mentioned to be known for a KING .. even INDRA ... why VYASARAYARU has been held as HIGHEST exponenet of ARTHASHASTRA for having givena GOLDEN ERA even in KALIYUGA ?
• botomline is there a RECONCILIATION to NEETI and MIMANSA or aare the TWO MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE ?
• IF even these questions do not find partcipation from 350 odd memebers , then it means , ALL the MEMBERS are only PLEASURE ORIENTED people do not ahev interest ina ny FORM of DISCUSIION NOT even one concerning their own LIVELIHOOD ... • EXPECTATIONS should not be communicated directly is the essence .. A friend is one WHO will never expose teh dark spot ... so always make GOOD FRIENDS .. a FRIEND is one who would infact cover up dark spot .. NOW how a friend should act is PRESENT the
• when two or more friedns at different times makes this plea to BOSS , he would defiitely take the decision in your FAVOUR
• WHY would a FRIEND do thsi FOR YOU , because HEw oudl then NEED you for hsi recoomendation too
• NO a good friend is one who is at same wavelength as yours .. [ ALTERATIVELY tUNE up with fridns at their WAVELENGTH ] ... we need to know HOW to amke FRIENDS for that ? that will eb a different post
• NO scratching is RAJAS friend , a SATVIK friend does not have to be approached for doing this HE WOULD automatically do GOOD to you , WISE friend is a PUNYA
• better teach NEETI shastra to friend also
• thridly if FRIENDS [ mostly bramhins included are selfish ] then arrive at give and TAKE , manipulate them everytime , MAKE them cater to some need to be fulfilled by YOU .. and while they request you , you keep a condition that thsi is what you ahve to say it before the boss
